• Free stays must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issue.
• Free stays are valid for 2 persons only and charges apply for additional persons.
• Daily Housekeeping service is not included on free stays. Services are available on request and charges may apply.
• Guests are required to leave accommodation in the same clean and tidy condition found on arrival.
• Identification and security bond may be required on check-in.
• Free stays are not valid during NSW & ACT school holidays and public holidays.
• Free stays on Friday’s and Saturday are subject to discretion of Park Managers based on availability.
• Bookings are not confirmed until a confirmation letter has been issued.
